Tracey Evans, founder and CEO (Chief Empowerment Officer) of Re-Vision Advisors, has been a consultant with small business owners for over 25 years. She has been a small business owner since 2008, when she started First Tier Accounting. She also owns an online crafts boutique (traceyluandholly.com), which she operates with her daughter.

Because of her extensive experience owning and consulting with small businesses, Tracey understands the many challenges small business owners face and has helped many clients develop and maintain good management practices, understand their financial picture and growth their businesses.

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Accounting and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She has been an adjunct staff member at WomenVenture, where she taught business classes and consulted with WomenVenture clients. In 2008 & 2011, she was recognized as an Outstanding Volunteer by the WomenVenture organization.
